Warranty Policies

Server Warranty Policy

The owner of the network is herein stated as "the customer".
Forbesoft, Inc. is herein stated as "Forbesoft", "we", or "us".

Warranty policy for Forbesoft server compuer systems

  1. Two (2) years from the date of contract agreement on all server hardware parts.
  2. Within the first 90 days of purchase (from contract agreement date), we will swap any defective part with a new replacement. (Under most circumstances, there will be a three business day turn around from the time defective product got to our warehouse to the time we ship the replacement. We will match the customer's return freight method for the outgoing package.)
  3. After the initial 90 days to the time the warranty expires, we will repair or replace the defective part. We will do our best to shorten the turn around time for warranty repair. (Depending on how fast the manufacturers' turn around time is, we reserve the right to repair and return the bundle to the customer based on the required time line set by the manufacturer. We will match the customer's return freight method for the outgoing repaired package)
  4. If the product is EOL (end of life), we will offer an equal or better replacement.
    (Depending on how fast the manufacturers' turn around time is, we reserve the right to repair and return the bundle to the customer based on the required time line set by the manufacturer. We will match the customer's return freight method for the outgoing package)
  5. This warranty does not cover any software, network settings, email accounts, file shares, directory shares, or printer shares configured on the server.
  6. This warranty does not cover loss of data due to misuse of the server, workstations, network, or any other peripheral components.
  7. This warranty is not an "on-site warranty" and does not include the cost of travel for the replacement of parts.
  8. This warranty does not entitle the customer to any refund.

Return Policy for Forbesoft server computer systems

  1. No returns for credit will be accepted unless otherwise stated in a contract agreement.
